Community Involvement Mr. Pulliam has volunteered time as an attorney ad litem for the Dallas Urban Land Bank Demonstration Program, a cooperative effort of The City of Dallas, The Real Estate Council, and several other business leaders to convert vacant or abandoned lots into viable and affordable housing for residents.
