Colin L. Murchison

Biography

Colin L. Murchison focuses his practice on probate; probate litigation; guardianships; estate planning and tax, with particular emphasis on the taxation of individuals, estates and trusts. Mr. Murchison is also an experienced probate litigator representing clients in connection with will and trust contests and guardianship disputes. In addition to being Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law, he is certified by the State Bar of Texas as an Attorney Ad Litem and a Guardian Ad Litem.

Organization Membership

Mr. Murchison is a member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar, the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Texas. He is also an Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Court member.

Community Involvement

Mr. Murchison is a director for the Trinity Valley School Alumni Board and the Tarrant County Adult Protective Services Community Board.
