Biography Edward J. (Nick) Nicholas specializes in business and commercial litigation and has represented clients ranging from small privately-held companies to global corporations. Mr. Nicholas has litigation experience in the fields of business and contract disputes, bankruptcy, corporate finance and securities, intellectual property, products liability and class-actions. Military Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Nicholas served in the United States Navy for nine years and was stationed on the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Nimitz (CVN-68) for four years. During law school Mr. Nicholas interned at the First Court of Appeals of Texas and worked at the 151st Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas.
