Biography

Jason W. Whitney is an associate in the Intellectual Property section of Jackson Walker.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Whitney worked for four years as an electrical engineer supporting the Avionic Systems Division at NASA Johnson Space Center. His work with the communications systems of the Space Shuttles and International Space Station included modeling and simulation of communication systems, link budget analysis, antenna performance analysis, system compatibility studies, and hardware performance testing.

During law school, Mr. Whitney interned for the Honorable Sandee Bryan Marion, Justice for the Fourth Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Edward C. Prado, Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
