Biography

Ms. Gruber handles a broad range of appellate and litigation matters. Ms. Gruber's practice focuses on business and commercial litigation and represents a client base ranging from small business owners and individuals to large corporations and financial institutions. Her experience includes banking and business litigation, real estate litigation, labor and employment disputes, consumer credit and financial services, consumer protection/DTPA claims, insurance defense, and intellectual property matters. Among Ms. Gruber's representative clients are financial institutions, hospitals, title companies, and real estate developers.

Organization Membership

Ms. Gruber is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, and the Medina County Bar Association.

Community Involvement

Ms. Gruber is a member of the Hondo Junior Service League which serves the needs of the community in and around Medina County, Texas. She was also appointed to serve on the Municipal Structure Subcommittee of the Home Rule Charter Commission for the City of Hondo, Texas in 2006. Ms. Gruber also regularly donates her time as attorney ad litem for children removed from their homes and placed in state custody by CPS in Medina and Bandera counties.
