Suzan Kedron represents real estate developers, land owners and public entities in a variety of land use and real estate development issues. Her practice focuses on the following issues: zoning, planning, due diligence, economic development incentives, tax increment financing, affordable housing, and litigation.
Previously in her career, her law practice included corporate and white collar crime, bank fraud, evidentiary procedures, and general business litigation. Her architectural practice concentrated on upper-end residential design and construction.

Memberships
Ms. Kedron is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She was named a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation in 2007.
Community Involvement
Ms. Kedron was appointed by Texas Governor Rick Perry to the Pharmacy Board and previously chaired the Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners. She is a member of The Real Estate Council – Government Affairs Committee 2010-2012; The Real Estate Council – Associate Leadership Council Alumni Association; ImPACt Dallas, The Real Estate Council's fundraising branch for political action committees; and the Greater Dallas Chamber – Leadership Dallas 2000-2001. Ms. Kedron completed Leadership University Park in 2004. She is also on the Undergraduate Admissions Committee for the Columbia University Alumni Club of North Texas. Ms. Kedron is currently on the Executive Committee Board of Directors for the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity. She is also on the Real Estate Council's 2010-2013 Associate Leadership Council Steering Committee.

Ms. Kedron is listed in the 2013 edition of The Best Lawyers in America under Real Estate Law. She was named a "Rising Star" by Thomson Reuters (2006-2010). She was also named one of the "Best Lawyers Under 40" by D Magazine, and in 2005 and 2012, she was selected as one of the "Best Lawyers in Dallas" by D Magazine. In 2008, Ms. Kedron was named "One To Watch" in commercial real estate by D CEO magazine, a recognition given to up-and-coming thirty-somethings called tomorrow's brightest lights in Dallas' commercial real estate industry. Ms. Kedron was honored by the Dallas Business Journal as a 2009 "40 Under Forty" honoree.
Publications & Speaking Engagements
Ms. Kedron authored the chapter "Making an Impact Right From the Start" in the book Inside the Minds: Winning Legal Strategies for Real Estate, which was released in 2006. She also authored "How Sweet It Is - Or Is It§: The Bittersweet Effects of Domestic Sugar Law," which was published in Currents: International Trade Law Journal, Winter 1996. Ms. Kedron spoke at "Rail ~ Volution 1999" on creative access to local, state, and federal funds and gave a presentation on municipal annexations at a CLE program regarding planning and zoning for public officials and lawyers.
