Debbie A. Robinowitz
BiographyDeborah A. Robinowitz's practice primarily consists of structuring, documenting, and negotiating finance transactions. Ms. Robinowitz has been involved in a wide array of transactions including financings for the development and construction of regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers, entertainment venues, hotels, multi-family properties, condominium projects, office complexes, industrial projects, churches, golf courses, and other resort properties.
Ms. Robinowitz is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Dallas Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
Ms. Robinowitz is a member of Attorneys Serving the Community. She is on the Board of the Parent Associations of Greenhill School and Meadowbrook School. Ms. Robinowitz is also on the Board of the Education of Congregation Shearith Israel and has previously served on the Board of Congregation Shearith Israel. Ms. Robinowitz is involved with Heroes for Children and is on the committee chairing Hold 'Em for Heroes.
Speeches / Publications
Ms. Robinowitz co-authored a chapter on banking regulation in the United States in a publication entitled International Banking Regulation, published by the Center for International Legal Studies.
