Biography Joel W. Heydenburk focuses his practice on real estate transactions and operational issues in connection with commercial real estate. Mr. Heydenburk regularly represents landlords in the preparation and negotiation of commercial office, retail, and industrial property leases in Texas and other states across the nation. His experience consists of representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and sales of commercial properties ranging from $1 million and exceeding $200 million. Mr. Heydenburk also represents commercial debt holders and servicers in foreclosure proceedings in Texas. He regularly represents commercial real estate owners and managers in connection with telecommunications matters including telecommunication lease agreements, rooftop lease agreements, rooftop and cabling agreements, and cabling agreements.More about Joel W. Community Involvement Mr. Heydenburk graduated from the 2009-2010 class of Leadership Fort Worth. He has served as President and on the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association. He has also volunteered as a teacher for Junior Achievement of Chisholm Trail, Inc. Mr. Heydenburk currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. Mr. Heydenburk currently serves as Treasurer for the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth and is the former membership chair of Ronald's Young Leaders, an auxiliary organization of the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth. Mr. Heydenburk has served as a business coach to a undergraduate business student for the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program at Texas Christian University's Neeley School of Business. He served as a member of the Fort Worth Independent School District's Census and Nine Single-Member Districts Redistricting Committee, a committee that is appointed by the FWISD Board of Education which is tasked with redrawing board member districts as a result of the 2010 Census.
