Lori J. Lamoreaux
BiographyLori Lamoreaux practices in the area of civil defense litigation and arbitration with an emphasis on ERISA and employee benefits, insurance defense and coverage disputes. She represents employers, plan administrators, and insurers in ERISA and COBRA-related litigation and arbitration.
Ms. Lamoreaux represents her insurance and benefit plan clients in litigation and arbitration arising out of provider managed care contracts, including reimbursement disputes, statutory prompt pay claims, and ERISA-related claims. She also represents health plans and insurers in provider termination and peer review litigation, as well as employers, plan administrators, and insurers in member coverage and payment disputes.
Ms. Lamoreaux also counsels her insurance and benefit plan clients on contracting and corporate compliance matters, including HIPAA, prompt pay, and other industry-related federal and state law compliance.
Ms. Lamoreaux is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Litigation Section) and the Dallas Bar Association (Trial Skills Section and Appellate Section).
