Biography

Jorge A. Padilla is an associate in Jackson Walker's Litigation section. He represents clients both in and out of court to identify and solve their problems in the most efficient manner. Mr. Padilla's practice focuses on serving clients in a variety of litigation matters, including real estate disputes, personal injury defense, premises liability and products liability defense, business contract disputes, and collection matters. He also has extensive experience in post-judgment collection remedies.

Organization Membership

Mr. Padilla is a member of the American Bar Association, the Austin Bar Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association. In 2011, Mr. Padilla was accepted to the Austin Bar Association/Austin Young Lawyers Association 2012 Leadership Academy.

Community Involvement

Mr. Padilla is an active member of Austin's Young Men's Business League and has served on its board since 2010. He is also a frequent volunteer for the Austin Sunshine Camps and serves as the Chair for its Challenge program, which serves a select group of middle school students to help them succeed in school and personal development.

Mr. Padilla also takes great pride in giving back to the community by providing pro bono legal services to Austin's disadvantaged community. Since joining Jackson Walker, he has assisted pro bono clients in real estate, contract, and family law disputes.
