Biography

Elise F. Green is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice group. Ms. Green regularly represents institutional investors in connection with investments in the private equity space including in emerging markets, buy-out, infrastructure, real estate, energy and strategic funds. She has extensive experience in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and SEC and securities exchange reporting and compliance. Ms. Green represents investors, issuers, and underwriters in a variety of investments, equity and debt offerings, including public offerings, direct placements of securities and private placements, and she represents buyers and sellers of businesses.

Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Ms. Green served as a law clerk to the Honorable Fortunato P. Benavides of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
