From broad based and philosophical to targeted and practical, the T&D program provides ideas and support in every facet of practice management and development. The program puts you in touch with the experience of firm leaders, successful business developers and industry leaders in the area of client service.

Within your first year at JW we expect that you will have assumed responsibility for significant aspects of a transaction or lawsuit.
Associates are evaluated semi-annually to determine the progress within his or her area of practice. Opportunities for feedback are a regular part of the process in addition to the experience, expertise and tools you need to continue to move forward in your career.
