litigation attorneys specialize in enforcing and defending clients' intellectual property rights both in and out of the courtroom. Though we have negotiated thousands of successful settlements, we approach every case with the recognition that it may very well be tried before a jury, and we prepare accordingly. We have enforced and defended all types of intellectual property matters in federal and state courts across the United States, from California to Virginia, and from Illinois to Texas.

THE PEOPLE: Our Intellectual Property group includes nearly 40
