Jackson Walker has extensive experience in trading financial products and physical energy commodities under highly structured as well as standardized master agreements commonly used in the energy industry, including but not limited to the Master Agreement published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (the "ISDA"), the Master Power Purchase & Sale Agreement published by the Edison Electric Institute (the "EEI"), and the Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas published by the North American Energy Standards Board (the "NAESB").

Electric Power
Jackson Walker represents clients across the U.S. who are involved in virtually every aspect of the conventional and renewable sectors of the electric power industry.
