Contracting
Contracts are the fibers holding the health care delivery system together. Whether it involves negotiating employment or medical director agreements with physicians, managed care contracts between HMOs and providers, or the multiplicity of leases, management agreements, and general business contracts that each provider must deal with on a daily basis, Jackson Walker attorneys analyze, draft and negotiate contracts of every shape and size. Our job before the fact is to make sure your contract actually says what you intend it to mean; and after the fact to advise you on the rights and obligations contained in agreements you already have entered into.
