We routinely represent health care providers in connection with acquisitions and divestitures. Our experience with acquisitions and divestitures include hospitals, surgery centers, long term care facilities, ambulance companies, managed care networks, and imaging centers.

Contracting
Contracts are the fibers holding the health care delivery system together. Whether it involves negotiating employment or medical director agreements with physicians, managed care contracts between HMOs and providers, or the multiplicity of leases, management agreements, and general business contracts that each provider must deal with on a daily basis, Jackson Walker attorneys analyze, draft and negotiate contracts of every shape and size.
