Mr. Griffin spoke on the challenges facing employers as they implement health reform changes following the Supreme Court's historic decision. Those in attendance included 50 benefits and human resources professionals from the North Texas area. Mr. Griffin concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. He works with clients in various industries including technology, manufacturing, retailing, energy, and financial services. He advises clients on design, administration and compliance issues arising under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other laws. Mr. Griffin received his B.B.A. degree, summa cum laude
