gave a health reform implementation update to a large group of clients and friends of Southwest Business Corporation in San Antonio, Texas, on Dec 4, 2012.
The presentation focused on new proposed regulations from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the IRS, and the U.S. Department of Labor dealing with market reforms, essential health benefits, and wellness. In addition, the presentation included aspects of health reform implementation that employers can expect to see in the near future.
Mr. Griffin concentrates his practice in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation. He works with clients in various industries including technology, manufacturing, retailing, energy, and financial services.
