Jackson Walker partner Alex Frutos was recently appointed to the board of directors of the Securities Section of the Dallas Bar Association (DBA).

Mr. Frutos is a long-time member of the DBA's Securities Section. In his new role on the board of directors, Mr. Frutos will work with other board members to encourage growth and oversee the activities of the Securities Section, as well as address key issues important to all DBA members. Alex Frutos' practice focuses on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He received his B.S.B.A. degree in International Business Management and Accounting from Georgetown University. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
