Jed Morrison will speak at The University of Texas System's
11th Annual Legal Conference in Austin, Texas, on November 3, 2011.
Mr. Morrison's speech is titled "Health Care Reform: Selected Issues for Academic Medical Centers and Other Providers." This two-day CLE event will also include seminars on managing social media, the legal implications of international programs, and sovereign immunity, to name a few.
Mr. Morrison specializes in the regulatory and transactional aspects of health care law. He has extensive background in Medicare and Medicaid regulatory and reimbursement issues, antitrust, fraud and abuse, physician referral legislation, and managed care issues. Mr. Morrison is ranked as a top Health Care attorney in the prestigious
