Jackson Walker L.L.P. is pleased to welcome partner Jeffrey R. Harder to the firm. Mr. Harder joins the Corporate & Securities group in the Houston office.

Mr. Harder has a unique blend of experience that includes having served as in-house and outside counsel at leading energy, technology, and biotech companies. His practice includes representing and advising clients in complex corporate matters, including IPOs, PIPEs, proxy contests, tender offers, going-private transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate partner and license transactions. Mr. Harder also has extensive experience representing venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and emerging life science, energy, and information technology companies in a wide variety of financing transactions.

Mr. Harder was recognized in Best Lawyers in America (2005 and 2008-2012) and named to H Texas magazine's "Houston's Top Lawyers" (2006). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Illinois State Bar Association and the National Council of the College of Business Administration of Valparaiso University, and has served on the advisory boards of the Rice Alliance and the Houston Technology Center.
