Jackson Walker partner Amanda Bush has been named to the Fort Worth Business Press's prestigious "40 Under 40" list for 2012. Ms. Bush will be honored at the publication's annual awards dinner on May 23, 2012, in Fort Worth.

Ms. Bush focuses her practice on complex commercial, intellectual property, and media and First Amendment litigation. She represents national and local media clients in defending a wide variety of claims at both the trial court and appellate court levels. Her intellectual property cases include defending patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, and trade secret misappropriation claims. She also has extensive business litigation experience, handling contractual and fiduciary duty disputes, real estate disputes, and insurance defense matters.

Ms. Bush previously has been named a "Rising Star" (2007-2012) by Thomson Reuters and a "Top Attorney" by Fort Worth, Texas magazine for four consecutive years.
