Mr. Jansonius has more than 30 years' experience in labor and employment law. He focuses his practice on the defense of employment discrimination claims, wrongful discharge claims, unfair labor practice claims under the National Labor Relations Act, and denial of benefits claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. He has represented clients in numerous jury and nonjury trials in state and federal court and has presented oral arguments to the U.S. Supreme Court and several federal courts of appeals. Mr. Jansonius is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He received his B.A., cum laude
, from Drake University and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Southwestern Law Journal.
Mr. Nondorf was named Houston's Real Estate Lawyer of the Year

Mr. Nondorf has diverse experience in real estate transactions law, including the representation of institutional clients in connection with the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial sites, warehouses, and hotels. His most frequent assignments involve work in the commercial capital and leasing markets, representing buyers and sellers of improved properties and landlords and tenants in commercial leases. Mr. Nondorf received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University and his J.D. degree, cum laude
