Jackson Walker Represents BMC Software in Acquisition of Canadian App Store PartnerPedia
Jackson Walker L.L.P. successfully represented its client BMC Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: BMC) in its recent acquisition of Partnerpedia, a privately held company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, that provides enterprise application stores.
Houston–based BMC provides business service and application management solutions to IT organizations around the world. BMC closed the purchase of Partnerpedia on July 10, 2013, and has since rebranded Partnerpedia's signature product as BMC AppZone, a cloud–based enterprise app store that provides employees with efficient and secure access to applications from any device and location.
