Mark Miller speaks at University of Houston intellectual property course
JW partner Mark Miller spoke at an intellectual property course presented by the University of Houston Intellectual Property and Information Law Institute. The course, titled "Intellectual Property for the General Attorney," was presented in Houston on April 19-20, in Dallas on April 26-27, and in Austin (via video) on May 17-18. Mr. Miller's topic was "Copyright Infringement: What It Is; What to Do if You're Accused of It."
Mr. Miller is chair of the Intellectual Property section of Jackson Walker, with a practice focusing on franchising, licensing antitrust, patents, copyrights, and trademarks. He has been named one of the "Best Lawyers in San Antonio" in Intellectual Property Law by San Antonio attorneys.
