U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Two Central Texas Salamanders Under the Endangered Species Act

On August 20, 2013, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service ("USFWS") published a final rule listing the Austin blind salamander as "endangered" and listing the Jollyville Plateau salamander as "threatened" under the Endangered Species Act ("ESA").
