Biography
|
Richard S. Roth's primary areas of practice include securities and corporate finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions including tender and exchange offers. Mr. Roth has been involved in numerous financing transactions through the representation of issuers and national underwriting firms in public and private debt and equity offerings. He began his career in the Office of Tender Offers at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and practiced for six years with Baker & Botts, L.L.P. in its Houston and New York offices.
