Jeffrey M. Sone has been an attorney for 20 years, and focuses his practice on business finance transactions and counseling corporate officers, directors and other fiduciaries. He has significant experience representing public corporations and their boards of directors in connection with securities law compliance, special investigations, mergers and acquisitions and the public and private issuance of debt and equity securities. Mr. Sone provides counseling on a regular basis to directors, audit committees, trustees and other fiduciaries with respect to investigations under Section 10A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and other investigations of corporate misconduct. In addition, Mr. Sone advises corporate officers and directors regarding conflicts of interest, creditor rights, business transactions and litigation regarding fiduciary duties. Mr. Sone also represents fiduciaries engaged in the organization, operation and liquidation of business trust arrangements and other non-corporate business structures.

Mr. Sone's clients are primarily medium and large businesses, or their directors or non-corporate owners in the finance, distribution, transportation and telecommunications industries.
