Biography
|
Marcello E. Tamez provides legal counsel to clients in connection with commercial activities and investments. In recent years, Mr. Tamez has been involved in the implementation of transactions with a combined value of several billion dollars. He regularly advises clients looking to acquire or sell commercial ventures or establish commercial operations in the U.S. and throughout the world. He also represents foreign investors looking to raise capital, invest and establish business operations in the State of Texas and, in particular, in the City of San Antonio and has represented clients as they plan and prepare for major corporate events, such as strategic acquisitions, dispositions, joint-ventures, recapitalizations, minority investments and other financings and liquidity events. In connection with these activities, Mr. Tamez also represents clients of diverse international backgrounds in high-stakes negotiations and resolution of disputes.
