Jackson Walker paralegals are hired for specific positions within a section supporting a team of transactional or litigation attorneys.
Our paralegals are rewarded with competitive salaries and excellent benefits packages. Formal six-month and year-end evaluations are conducted. Merit performance and salary reviews are conducted annually. Annual bonuses are awarded based on performance.
Paralegals at Jackson Walker are offered regular free in-house CLE programs and are encouraged to participate in professional associations. Dues for approved state and local associations are paid for by the firm.
Jackson Walker also provides a retreat for the paralegals every other year. This retreat includes CLE programs as well as social events.
