Litigation Support at Jackson Walker
Assisting our trial teams in this electronic age is the mission of the Jackson Walker Litigation Support Department. Under the direction of the Director of Litigation Support, we have gathered a multi-city team of litigation support analysts that have extensive litigation technology knowledge and trial experience. These analysts support our trial teams by recommending and implementing options in processing and managing case information as well as providing an array of courtroom support services using both in-house and highly qualified outside service providers. The Litigation Support Department enables our trial teams to provide our clients with timely case information and in-depth, cost effective management of complex litigation matters.
From the time a complaint is filed through settlement or trial, Litigation Support can assist the trial team in automating their case needs. Utilizing some of the latest advances in technology, the departments experienced team will provide Jackson Walker's clients and trial team with the most cost effective and efficient solutions.

Case Assessment
Discovery tasks are more likely to get done properly, within budget, and on schedule if they are planned carefully. The Litigation Support team can help with this. By facilitating a case-assessment meeting in which we'll walk you through all the decisions that should be made regarding handling and managing discovery materials on a case. Our Analysts can explain different options and assist on deciding a course of action that's a good fit for the case. Our team will help identify the tasks that are required, a schedule for each, and what resources are needed.

Electronic Discovery
It's important to get a handle on electronic discovery early in the case. Our team can assist working with Jackson Walker's clients to learn about their technology and to gather potentially responsive data. We can make arrangements to have that data processed into a format for review by the litigation team, train and manage a review team, generate a production set, and add significant materials that you uncover during review into a database.
