Jackson Walker partner Chris Mugica was recently named a Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
Mr. Mugica will join 160 other high-performing attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their respective organizations. Mr. Mugica has a broad commercial litigation practice that ranges from fiduciary litigation to first-party insurance defense to consumer and employment litigation. Mr. Mugica has represented clients in a variety of complex commercial matters, including class action litigation, fraud and breach of fiduciary litigation. He also has extensive experience in real estate litigation representing developers, lenders, and property owners associations. Mr. Mugica received his B.A. from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
