Egan recently released the second edition of his treatise on business entities doing business in Texas entitled EGAN ON ENTITIES: Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies in Texas, focusing on entities organized under the Texas Business Organizations Code and in Delaware.

Originally published in 2016, Byron’s comprehensive treatise combines scholarly analysis and practical guidance on the complexities that arise in navigating the critical decisions that must be made with respect to choice of entity and the operation of business entities in Texas. In the second edition, Byron incorporates comment and analysis on the changes to the Texas business entity law that were enacted or amended during the 2017 legislative session and changes to the entity statutes in Delaware, together with recent case law in Texas and Delaware. The second edition also features appendices to provide a rich source of specialized information.

Meet Byron

Corporate and securities attorney Byron F.
