On April 13, 2016, the jury returned a 10-2 verdict in favor of our client, finding liability but no damages in a breach of contract, negligence and Texas D.T. P.A. case. The Court subsequently denied the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict and entered a take nothing judgment in favor of our client.
