A company of the Andalusian Public Sector, developing business for Spaniards abroad, requested legal assistance from Maio Legal (Seville office) for the implementation of an externalisation programme, aimed at offering opportunities to young professionals to develop their talent abroad.

Globalaw member firms collaborated on the legal analysis and study of the possibilities for this program to be accomplished, and it also coordinated the preparation of a report on all the main issues to be known about each hosting country, in regards to (mainly) immigration, tax and labor matters.
