Mike Nasi Quoted on EPA Air Quality and Energy Regulations

Jackson Walker partner Mike Nasi was recently quoted in a September 22, 2014, article in the (Oklahoma City) Journal Record. The article discussed the EPA’s practice of ordering standards for entire states and not on a case-by-case method, which some believe go beyond the agency’s authority and against the way the Clean Air Act was originally written.

“The standards for emissions must be for each plant,” Mr. Nasi told the publication. “These are so stringent that they blow up of the model first created. More so now than in any of my 20 years of experience is this administration pushing the limits in the environmental arena.”
