The goal of the National Review Institute’s Regional Fellows Program is to introduce succeeding generations to conservatism’s most important writings, thinkers, and institutions, and to build a network of talented, like-minded individuals who can assist one another professionally and personally for years to come.
Andrew has a broad litigation practice with particular expertise in appellate representation and shareholder suits. He distinguishes himself through attention to detail, precise analysis, and insistence on the highest standards of professionalism in his work product. Andrew received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Southern Methodist University. He received his M.A. from The University of Chicago and his M.St. from Oxford University (Oriel College). Andrew received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
