Egan on Entities is a treatise on the Texas Business Organizations Code, examining the fiduciary and other duties of governing and controlling persons of entities, the rights and remedies of owners of entities, and other entity ownership and governance matters. It combines scholarly analysis and practical guidance on the complexities that inevitably arise in navigating the critical decisions that must be made with respect choice of entity and the operation of business entities in Texas.

Byron F. Egan is a partner of Jackson Walker L.L.P. in Dallas. He is engaged in a corporate, partnership, securities, mergers and acquisitions (“M&A”), and financing practice. Byron is a frequent author and lecturer regarding the governance of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, M&A, securities laws, and financing techniques.
