Gary and the other 12 attorneys will be recognized in a special Power Attorney issue of the Fort Worth Business Press and at a luncheon at the Fort Worth Club on September 24, 2015. Gary served as the statewide leader of Jackson Walker's Labor & Employment Practice Group section for more than 20 years. His practice focuses upon labor and employment law matters, including union issues, employment contracts (including collective bargaining agreements and individual agreements), wage-hour claims, OSHA claims and compliance, defending employment discrimination and retaliation claims, and handling non-subscriber claims for employers without workers' compensation insurance. Gary has a litigation-oriented practice for a wide variety of employers including small to mid-size companies, major U.S. corporations, and various governmental entities. Gary is Board-Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
