Jackson Walker represented U.S. Global Investors Inc. in its purchase of an additional 15% interest in Galileo Global Equity Advisors Inc.

U.S. Global (NASDAQ: GROW), a San Antonio-based registered investment adviser that specializes in natural resources and emerging markets and domestic and offshore fund manager with an average of $1 billion in assets under management, now owns 65 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Galileo through its wholly owned subsidiary, U.S. Global Investors (Canada) Ltd.
