• Kevin and associate Molly Slusher represented Winzer and its wholly-owned subsidiary Fastserv Supply, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of a San Antonio, Texas-based industrial supply company, in a transaction that closed on July 1, 2015.
• Kevin and Molly also represented Winzer and its wholly-owned subsidiary Fastserv Supply, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of a Plano, Texas-based distributor of industrial fasteners and maintenance supplies, in a transaction that closed in April 2015.
