Leonard Woods Speaks on Recent Case Law Developments

Jackson Walker partner Leonard Woods served as a faculty member at a Lorman Seminar on March 26, 2014, in Austin, Texas.

Mr. Woods presented an update on recent case law developments in construction, insurance coverage, and attorney fees, as well as discussed risk management best practices to a group of owners, contractors, and subcontractors.

Mr. Woods is an experienced commercial litigator. He has handled first chair litigation involving fatalities, serious injuries, construction defects, and workplace complaints involving OSHA or allegations of improper conduct. He has represented general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors. He has also handled high profile internal investigations for his clients including all media interactions. Mr. Woods received his B.S. and his J.D. from Baylor University in 1986.
