As part of TexasBarCLE’s “Handling Your First (or Next)” series, Jackson Walker partner Amy Osberg Roberts presented a discussion on “Who Is the Client? Operative Documents, Necessary Parties, and Knowing Your Limits” in oil and gas cases.
