The session will provide a deep dive into the legal, social, and economic ramifications of federal policy shifts, with particular attention to their impact on immigrant communities and worksites—including those within the AAPI population.

Moderated by Edgar Chen, Special Policy Advisor at NAPABA, the panel features:

  • Maximillian Del Rey, Partner, Mayer Brown
  • Ganesh Kalyanaraman, Attorney & Solicitor, Law Office of Ganesh Kalyanaraman
  • Greg Chen, Senior Director of Government Relations, American Immigration Lawyers Association
  • Sang M. Shin, Partner, Jackson Walker
