Biography
Alicia Vesely’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate governance matters, and general corporate law. Alicia represents buyers and sellers in private M&A transactions and investors in debt and equity offerings. Alicia’s experience also includes advising companies and boards of directors with respect to corporate governance, as well as serving as outside general counsel to clients across industries, including telecommunications, consumer products, and food and beverage brands.

- Represented a commercial HVAC contractor in its acquisition by a publicly-traded construction and infrastructure company.
- Represented a family-owned railroad services company in its acquisition by a civil contractor.
