Biography
Amanda Miller is an Associate in the Corporate & Securities practice, at Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, she represents a diverse client base, including public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies. Amanda has represented clients in high-stakes mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, where she navigates clients through complex corporate finance and transactional law issues.
Amanda’s experience includes drafting, editing, and reviewing a broad spectrum of transaction documents ranging from purchase and sale agreements to disclosure schedules, direction letters, confidentiality agreements, escrow and paying agent agreements, and consents.
In addition to her transactional work, Amanda often serves in a general counsel capacity for clients, providing strategic advice on a variety of corporate arrangements, alongside preparing and reviewing incentive agreements and corporate governance documents.
