Brian K. Buss
Brian has over two decades of litigation experience representing plaintiffs and defendants across the United States in patent, trade secret, trademark, and trade dress cases. Brian has litigated cases in the biotechnology, mechanical, computer, semiconductor, and chemical industries. His experience spans across pre-litigation strategy, preliminary injunction hearings, Markman hearings, trial preparation, and trial. He has also advised on both patent infringement and validity analyses in the biotechnology, chemical, and mechanical patent spaces.
Prior to focusing his practice on litigation and patent counseling, Brian prosecuted patents related to chemical and mechanical inventions and advised on matters related to chemicals, biotechnology, mechanics, and computers.
Brian is also a certified mediator.
