Brittany A. Weaver

Biography

Brittany Weaver is an associate in the Trial & Appellate Litigation practice group in Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth office.

Prior to Jackson Walker, Brittany practiced at a Fort Worth-based law firm where she represented individuals, closely held and family businesses, large corporations, and nonprofits in both transactional and litigation matters. She also previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Sam R. Cummings in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Outside of her practice, Brittany is an adjunct professor at Texas Christian University in the Neeley School of Business, where she teaches a business law course entitled “Legal and Social Environment of Business.”
