Biography
Callie Horne is an attorney in the real estate group of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. Callie represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of real estate, from acquisition and development, to ownership, leasing, and management, and to subdivision and disposition.
Callie has substantial experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients making real estate investments through the entire process, from choosing the right properties and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, to timely and cost-effective closings. She regularly represents institutional, commercial, or private investors, with an understanding of the unique insights, challenges, and objectives of each.
In her leasing work, Callie represents both tenants and landlords with a keen understanding of the nuances of commercial real estate leasing. From advising on leasing agreements to facilitating large-scale transactions, Callie is able to provide her clients with leasing solutions no matter the size, term, complexity, property type, or purpose of the lease.
