Biography

Cody Martinez is an associate in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office.  Cody has experience handling a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including contractual, trademark, and antitrust disputes.  He also has experience representing clients in FINRA arbitrations.

Before joining Jackson Walker, Cody gained valuable experience serving as a law clerk for Magistrate Judge Renee H. Toliver of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where he worked on significant cases involving intellectual property disputes, SEC enforcement, administrative appeals, class actions, and complex procedural issues.
