Biography
David J. B. Zolno is an associate in the Real Estate section of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. David has broad experience in an array of real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and financing of high-profile commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial properties, and has assisted in joint ventures and wind and solar projects as well. David is also experienced in negotiating and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, commercial leases, easements, deed restrictions, assignments and other documents related to real estate transactions. His practical knowledge extends to various transactional and financial documents, including loan agreements (senior and mezzanine), security agreements, guarantee agreements, mortgages and inter-creditor agreements.
David has assisted clients in a myriad of real estate transactional matters, including assisting clients with asset purchase deals by reviewing due diligence materials and drafting closing documents; managing closings and conducting diligence in connection with loan sale, real estate financing and refinancing transactions; and reviewing, analyzing, summarizing and resolving a wide range of complex title, encumbrance and survey issues in connection with real estate transactions.
